Welcome to The Worship Course

Do you want to know how your life was designed to be lived?

Welcome to The Worship Course! This course is here to rescue you from the religious maze.

Do you ever get the feeling that God is talking to you? Do you wish that you could figure out exactly what he is doing in your life? If you are tired of having a vague, hazy relationship with God, it is time to get a solid understanding of your purpose.

Once you understand how worship works, all of the other pieces of your life will fall into place. Pieces like love, happiness, prayer, mindfulness, spiritual warfare, right actions and scripture each have a place in the big picture of worship.

When we lose sight of this big picture, even just a bit, we can get sidetracked by hypocrisy, boredom, frustration and discouragement. Delighting in God is the key to unlocking the desires of our heart. God can show us how to delight in him.

Because God's first commandment is to love him with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30), we are going to commit several weeks of our life to discovering how to love him in our spirit, emotions, mind, will and body.

How This Course Will Help You

Our 30 lessons are divided into the five categories listed in bold above, with one printable strategy per category. This means that at the end of the course, you will have a booklet that gives you 5 step-by-step strategies for becoming a worshipping warrior. These strategies will direct you back into the embrace of your father whenever you are 1.tempted, 2.overwhelmed, 3.confused, 4.exhausted or 5.weak.

(To get the entire booklet right now, grab the download in the next lesson.)

How to Get Started

This free course nails down the most important subject that you will ever study. It presents a comprehensive, nitty-gritty, problem-solving rundown of what it means to fully love God. Because love is more of an experience than a study, you will need a journal or digital notebook. (Feel free to use a sketch book if you like to draw and write your prayers.)

At the end of the course, you will get the link to another free workbook that will put together all of the pieces of worship into a single experience that you can have every day.

For now, grab something that you can use as a prayer journal. It could be something as simple as a stack of printer paper or as fancy as a notebooking app. You could even do voice recordings if you don't like to write. Think about what you are most comfortable with, but know that you should start now with whatever you have on hand. You can transition to a nicer journal later.
